A New Website Launched

We recently launched a new website and search engine optimization project through a joint-contract with another SEO.

The project is BeatingTrafficTicket.com. The website - the company behind the website actually - offers a legal way to beat a speeding ticket in court.

How? Apparently, they offer a downloadable ebook or zip file filled with legal research, case precedence, past rulings, and even a court script to guide you through the entire process.

Does this work? My research found that there are a lot of the myths surrounding beating speeding tickets - and this system seems to NOT follow those myths. One speeding ticket myth was something a friend once emailed me. The myth is if you overpay your speeding ticket, the courts can't complete the accounting and therefore, your points don't go up.

Upon further investigation, and if you think about it long enough, that's a really dumb idea. I mean, if you think about it, once a judge rules against you in a speeding ticket case, then the ruling stands and it's entered into the record. An insurance company doesn't need to know whether you paid your ticket or not. It just needs to know whether you were ruled guilty or not.

Furthermore - accounting-wsie, that doesn't make any sense. If the transaction doesn't balance out, how is that supposed to affect the ruling or your points? Your points allotted against you in a speeding ticket case has nothing to do with the courts' accounting.

Anyway - that's one of the speeding ticket myths that BeatingTrafficTicket.com covers and explains away.
